Lead generation — skilled trades
Exclusive leads for trade businesses, priced one at a time.
No retainer. No twelve-month contract. You buy a set number of qualified leads at a fixed price, we cover the ad spend out of it, and every lead we send goes to you and nobody else.
Serving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing and other
residential trades. South Florida based, working nationwide.

Why most of this goes wrong
If you have paid for marketing before,
you have probably paid for nothing.
Three things happen over and over to contractors who hire a marketing company. All three come down to the same thing: you were paying for effort instead of paying for results.
Issue 01
The invoice came either way
A retainer is due on the first whether it produced forty leads or none. All the risk sits on your side of the table, and the longer nothing works, the more the agency has already been paid.
Issue 02
The same lead went to four of you
Lead sellers resell the same homeowner to every contractor in the ZIP code. By the time you call, they have three quotes and you are bidding against yourself.
Issue 03
Nobody defined a lead
Without a written definition, a wrong number in the wrong county counts the same as a homeowner with a dead unit. That argument has no ending, so you eat it.
How it works
Four steps, and you only
pay for what arrives.
We build and run the campaign on our own accounts and our own budget, using our own creative and landing pages. You are not buying software, setup hours or a dashboard. You are buying a number of leads that meet a written standard, and they land on your phone the second they come in.
Step 01
Build the campaign
We write the ads, build the landing page and set up tracking for your trade and your service area. No setup hours billed to you beyond the flat onboarding fee.
Step 02
Launch and calibrate
Campaigns go live within five business days. The first two weeks are spent teaching the platform which homeowners in your area actually buy.
Step 03
Deliver leads live
Every lead lands in your CRM or your phone within seconds of the form being submitted. Nothing is batched, held or sold to anyone else.
Step 04
Report and adjust
You tell us what closed and what did not. We tighten targeting against real job outcomes, not clicks. Bad leads get replaced free.
The definition
What counts as a lead is
agreed in writing first.
Every lead you are billed for has to clear all of these. If one does not, you flag it within five business days and we replace it at no charge. This is in the agreement before you pay anything.
- First and last name
- Working phone number
- Valid email address
- Inside your service area
- Asking about a service you offer
- Homeowner or decision maker
- Agreed to be contacted
- Not a duplicate within 90 days
- Not serviced by you in 12 months
- Not a competitor or solicitor
What is not a bad lead. A homeowner who does not pick up, wants a second quote, thinks your price is high, or decides to wait until spring. Those are real buyers behaving like buyers, and they are worked, not refunded. Neither is a past customer you have not touched in over a year — if your name was not the one they thought of, that is a sale the ad earned.
Trades we work with
Built for work that gets
done at somebody's house.
If a homeowner calls you when something breaks, wears out or needs replacing, the model fits. If your trade is not listed, ask — the campaign structure is the same, only the offer changes.

Typical structure
You know the price
before the call.
Cost per lead moves with your trade, your market and your ticket size, so treat these as the usual shape of a deal rather than a rate card. The exact number lands on your written work order before anything is charged.

What we ask of you
Half of this is on your side
of the fence.
The single biggest reason paid leads fail is not lead quality. It is how long the lead sits before somebody calls. We hold up our end; here is the part we need from you, and it is written into the agreement the same as ours.
- 01Call within five minutes. During your business hours, a new lead gets a live call attempt inside five minutes. This one factor moves booking rates more than anything else in the campaign.
- 02Six attempts over seven days. Call, text and email before you write anyone off. Most homeowners are on a roof, under a sink or at work when the first call comes in.
- 03Tell us what happened. Contacted, booked, sold or lost, and why. Without outcomes we are optimizing toward form fills instead of toward jobs.
- 04Send your active customer list. Anyone on a maintenance agreement, with an open quote, or serviced in the last twelve months gets excluded from targeting, so we are not spending budget on people who already have your number on the fridge.
- 05Approve ads within two business days. You are responsible for every price, offer and guarantee that goes out under your name, so nothing runs until you have read it.
Straight answers
Questions we get on
every first call.
Why do I have to pay upfront?
Can you guarantee I will close jobs?
What happens to a lead that is no good?
Who owns the ad account, and who owns the leads?
What if the ad reaches somebody who is already my customer?
Am I sharing these leads with other contractors?
How long until leads start coming in?
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
My trade is not on your list. Can you still help?
Book a discovery call
Thirty minutes. Mostly
questions about your business.
We will ask about your service area, your average ticket, how many more jobs a month you could actually handle, and what happened the last time you paid someone for marketing. At the end you get a straight answer on whether this is a fit. Sometimes it is not, and we will say so.
